On Thursday December 13, 2009 at 1430 hours, Kingsville Volunteers were alerted for a 1050PI Rescue at Route 7 and Raphael Rd. E481, IV485, and S483 responded with BC33, T8, EMS6, and S213. IV485 was first to arrive and confirmed two people trapped inside of a vehicle that came to rest on its passenger side. Upon E481's arrival command was established and utilizing a roof ladder both patients extricated themselves from the vehicle under there own power. The rescue box was then placed inservice and command held E481, IV485, and EMS6. The vehicle had lost control on the wet roadway and struck a telephone pole, breaking it off at its base causing wires to be down on the raodway. BGE was notified of the incident and responded. IV485 transported one patient to Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

Units: BC33, E481, IV485, S483, T8, EMS6, S213
